Privacy notice (draft)
Who this covers
This notice describes how the Koinvera marketing website handles the small amount of personal data it collects: an email address you submit to the waitlist.
What is collected
- The email address you enter.
- The date and time you submitted it (your consent timestamp).
- The version of this notice in effect at that time.
- Which part of the site the signup came from (e.g. the homepage form).
The site does not use third-party analytics, advertising, tracking scripts, or external fonts. It does not build a profile of you. It does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Cookies
One cookie is set: a session cookie used only to protect the waitlist form against cross-site request forgery. It contains no personal data and is not used for tracking.
How it is used
Your email is used to send you occasional updates about Koinvera's progress, and for nothing else. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own purposes.
Where it is stored
In a database on Koinvera's own server. Access is limited to the Koinvera team.
Your choices
- You can ask for a copy of the data held about you.
- You can ask for it to be corrected or deleted.
- You can unsubscribe at any time; every update email will include a way to do so.
To make any of these requests, use the contact address in the site footer.
Changes
If this notice changes materially, the draft version identifier above will change, and the version in effect when you signed up is recorded against your entry.
